These terms cover your use of GlintAd at glintad.yuanasi.com, run by Shenzhen YuanASI Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By running a check or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What the check is, and isn't

GlintAd Check is an automated pre-check. It is not legal advice, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or Amazon. Results are based on the platform policies linked in each report, as published on the dates shown, and may miss problems or flag things that are fine. The platforms' own review decides whether your content is accepted.

The check and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that results are accurate or complete. The paid plans shown on the site don't exist yet; joining the waitlist costs nothing and doesn't commit you or us to anything.

What you may upload

You confirm that you own the videos and photos you check, or have the right to use them. Don't upload:

• other people's content you don't have rights to;
• content that shows minors;
• sexual content, or anything illegal where you or we are.

Don't try to get around the daily check limit, overload the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.

Trademarks

TikTok and Amazon are trademarks of their respective owners. We mention them only to describe which rules we check against. GlintAd is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as rejected ads, lost sales or account restrictions, and our total liability for anything related to GlintAd is limited to US$100.

Changes and ending the service

GlintAd is a test. We may change or stop the check or the waitlist at any time. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over Nanshan District, Shenzhen, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring them elsewhere.
